New Installation procedure for Alibre Addon

The Femdesigner Addon for Alibre v21 to v25 is now just a downloaded zip file containing a 'FEMforAD' folder which you must place yourself into the Alibre 'Addons' folder.
This is a response to the new Alibre side-by-side installation.
The Windows registry is no longer used which avoids trouble with antivirus software.
There are no extra features with this version (6.4).
