New FemforAD version 6.41

This upgrade reinstates the use of the registry for storing pathnames. This was enforced because the copy protection software, which wraps around the solver code, has a bug which affects the command line so version 6.4 exits without solving if you use a filename of loadcase name which contains spaces. There may be a slight delay during the first call of the solver module after installation due to antivirus checking.
